Accurate. Non‑invasive. Fast.

Finding a leak early is far cheaper than repairing the damage it leaves behind. We pinpoint the source first, so only the right spot ever gets opened up.

  • Lower water bills Stop paying for water that soaks into the ground.
  • Prevents structural damage Catch leaks before they reach slabs, walls and foundations.
  • Pinpoints hidden leaks fast No guesswork, no exploratory digging.
  • Avoids costly repairs Small fixes now instead of big ones later.

Signs you may have a hidden leak

If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a call. Hidden leaks can run for months before the damage shows.

Get it checked
  • Your water bill jumped and your usage didn't
  • The pool level drops faster than evaporation explains
  • Your pump runs constantly
  • The meter keeps moving with every tap turned off
  • Damp patches, stains or mildew on walls and ceilings
  • Warm spots, cracks or soft areas in floors
  • Wet ground or unusually green grass over buried lines

How we find your leak

Professional detection equipment, chosen for your property and the type of leak. Nothing gets torn up while we look.

Acoustic listening

Sensitive ground mics and headsets pick up the sound of water escaping inside walls, under floors and below ground.

Thermal camera showing a hot spot under a floor area marked with blue tape

Thermal imaging

Temperature differences reveal the path of hidden water lines and the wet areas around a leak.

Inspection camera view inside a pipe, showing a crack in the joint

Camera inspection

A camera travels inside drain and pipe lines to show cracks, root intrusion and damaged fittings.

Dye released from a syringe at a pool fitting to trace a leak

Dye testing

Coloured dye shows exactly where water is escaping from pool shells, skimmers, lights and fittings.

Moisture meter reading on a masonry wall

Moisture mapping

Moisture meters measure wet walls, ceilings and floors to map how far water has travelled.

Pressure gauges and valves

Pressure & air testing

Each plumbing line is isolated and tested with water or compressed air. A pressure drop confirms which line is leaking.

Questions we hear often

Will you have to dig up my floor, yard or pool deck?

Not to find the leak. Our methods are non-invasive: we listen, image and pressure-test until we know the exact spot. Only that spot needs opening for the repair.

How do I know if my pool is leaking or just evaporating?

Fill a bucket with pool water, set it on the pool step and mark both water levels. After 24 hours, if the pool has dropped noticeably more than the bucket, you likely have a leak. Call us and we'll find it.

Which islands do you serve?

We're based in Nassau and serve New Providence and Paradise Island daily. We also travel to the Family Islands and private cays. Get in touch to plan a visit.

Do you work with hotels, HOAs and utilities?

Yes. We handle multi-building properties, shared community lines and buried mains, and we plan the work around guests and residents to keep disruption low.

What should I have ready before you arrive?

Recent water bills, the location of your meter and main shut-off, and access to the pool equipment or plumbing areas. Photos of any damp spots are helpful too.
